Neighbourhoods: Pickering Village, Riverside, Duffins Bay, Lakeside, Hermitage, Applecroft.

Ajax, for us, means detached and semi-detached family homes across Pickering Village, Riverside, Duffins Bay, Lakeside, Hermitage and Applecroft. A family home brings family mess, and our fixed price is built from bedroom count, bathroom count and condition rather than an hourly rate, so the whole job sits inside one number. Describe the home when you book; if it turns out to be something else, we raise it before we begin, never after.

Where we start from matters, so here it is: Etobicoke, at the western edge of Toronto. Ajax is a proper drive, and we manage it by bundling our Durham visits together, which can mean set days for Ajax rather than every slot in the week. There is no travel charge for that; the whole GTA is inside the fixed price, and a fee only ever applies beyond it, quoted before you commit.

For a regular plan, a well-kept home pays the regular rate from day one; only a home needing extra attention pays more, once. After that, whether you book us every week, every second week or once a month, the regular rate holds as long as the gap never stretches past five weeks. Extras like inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, laundry, a balcony or a finished basement are settled up front, not added on the day. Five bedrooms or more means a personal quote. Evenings and weekends are open, and clients on a schedule mostly leave a key or a lockbox code.
