Downtown Toronto is mostly condos. We come in from Etobicoke to King West, the Entertainment District, CityPlace, Harbourfront, the Financial District, Church-Wellesley, Yorkville, The Annex, Cabbagetown, Corktown and the Distillery District, and since all of it is inside the GTA there is no travel fee.
Many of the homes are one-bedroom units, and the buildings come with a concierge to sign in with, a service elevator to book and visitor parking that is paid or simply not there. When you book, tell us the building's routine: whether the desk wants your name on a list, whether the elevator must be reserved, and where a car can sit for a few hours.
Your Downtown Toronto price is fixed by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, never the hour, so a one-bedroom is priced as a one-bedroom. If the unit turns out bigger or in rougher shape than you described, we say so before we start, not after. On a regular plan, a well-kept unit pays the regular rate from the first visit; only the first clean of a unit that needs extra attention costs more.
Most of our regular clients hand us a key, a fob or a lockbox code, and we text when we arrive and again when we leave. Extras such as the inside of the fridge or oven, interior windows or a balcony are agreed before we start, never added on the day.

Is there a travel charge for Downtown Toronto?
There isn't. Downtown Toronto is inside the Greater Toronto Area, and the whole GTA is covered by your fixed price. Only addresses outside the GTA carry a travel fee, and we tell you that number up front.

Yes. Concierge sign-in, service elevator booking and paid or no visitor parking are the norm in Downtown Toronto condos, and we handle each of them. Give us the building's rules and any parking instructions when you book and we take it from there.
