The homes are detached family houses and downtown condos near the lake, and the two need different planning. For a condo, give us the building's details at booking and we sort out concierge sign-in, elevator booking and visitor parking on our side. For a house, a spare key or a lockbox code is how most regular clients let us in, and we send a text when we arrive and another when we leave.

The mix suits a fixed price well. We set it by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition rather than by the hour, so a downtown condo and a detached family home each get an exact figure before we arrive, and what you see is what you pay. If the home does not match what we were told, we say so before starting, not after. A house with five bedrooms or more is quoted personally.

Booking a regular plan? The first visit costs more only if the home needs extra attention, and every visit after that is charged at the regular rate whether you choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly, as long as no more than five weeks pass between cleans. Extras such as inside the fridge, laundry or a balcony are agreed up front, never added on the day.
