Our Newmarket work covers Main Street downtown, Stonehaven-Wyndham, Glenway, Summerhill and Woodland Hill. The housing is detached homes and townhomes, and the area is home to commuter families. A fixed, recurring clean suits that well: you know the price and the day, and you come home to it done. The price itself comes from bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, never the hour, so a townhome and a detached house each get an exact number in advance. Anything from five bedrooms upward is quoted personally.

With so many people out during the day, keys and lockbox codes are the norm among our regular clients, and we text when we arrive and when we finish. If you are in a condo, give us the building's rules at booking and we will manage the concierge, the elevator and parking.

A well-kept home on a regular plan pays the regular rate from its first visit; extra attention costs more, once. After it, weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly visits are all charged at the regular rate as long as the next one is within five weeks of the last. Extras such as laundry or interior windows are agreed beforehand, never added on the day.
