House Cleaning in Toronto West

Homes in Toronto West

Neighbourhoods: High Park, Roncesvalles, Bloor West Village, Swansea, The Junction, Parkdale, Liberty Village, Baby Point.

Toronto West is the part of the city closest to our base in Etobicoke. We clean in High Park, Roncesvalles, Bloor West Village, Swansea, The Junction, Parkdale, Baby Point and Liberty Village.

Many of the homes here are century semis and detached houses with original woodwork and radiators. They reward careful cleaning: dust settles behind radiator fins and old trim has profiles that a quick wipe misses, so we bring our own supplies and take the time the checklist needs.

Liberty Village is a different kind of home: condos with concierge sign-in and limits on visitor parking. Tell us your building’s rules when you book and we’ll arrive with a plan for the desk and for parking, so nothing is added to your price on the day.

Because your price is set by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition rather than by the hour, a semi with three floors of stairs and a one-bedroom condo each get an exact number before we start. Book every week, every two weeks or every month and the regular rate applies as long as your next clean is within five weeks of the last. Evenings and weekends are available.
