What we collect
When you use the price form on this site we collect your first name, your mobile number, your postal code, your preferred time windows, and your answers about your home (the service you want, bedrooms and bathrooms, condition, how often, and any add-ons). We also record the price the form calculated and which page you were on.
If you text, call or email us, we keep the messages and the number or address you used so we can reply and keep track of your clean.
What we use it for
We use your details to text or call you about your quote, to confirm and carry out your clean, and to send you your invoice. That is all. We do not send marketing messages, and we do not add you to any list.
Who sees it
The two owners of TrueCare Cleaners. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else. The form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-processing service, which stores each submission so it can reach our inbox. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we clean for you, plus the time we need to keep business records. If you request a price and do not go ahead, we delete your form details within twelve months.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them. Email info@truecarecleaners.ca or text 437-600-3978 and we will do it promptly.
