Your price is fixed before we start and includes supplies. If it takes us longer than we estimated, that's on us.

Regular cleaning questions

What's the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

A regular clean keeps a home that is already in good shape the way it is: every room on the checklist, the same way every visit. A deep clean takes longer, reaches the build-up a regular clean does not, and includes the inside of the fridge and oven.

Does my first clean cost more?

Not if your home is well kept: you pay your regular rate from the first visit. If it needs some attention, the first clean is 20% more, because first visits to a home that needs extra attention take longer. If it hasn't been cleaned in a while, the first clean is priced as a deep clean. Every clean after that is your regular rate.

How often should I book?

Every week, every two weeks or every month all get the regular rate, as long as your next clean is within five weeks of the last. Longer than that and the one-time rate applies, because a home that's gone longer takes longer.
