Two kinds of home dominate: high-rise condos along the Yonge corridor, and large detached houses and rebuilds. For the condos, tell us the building's routine at booking, who to sign in with, whether the service elevator needs reserving and where we can park, and we have it arranged before we set off. For the houses, most regular clients give us a key or a lockbox code, and we text when we arrive and again when we leave.

The fixed price makes sense for both. A rebuild with four bedrooms and four bathrooms is a big job, and you know the number before we begin; a one-bedroom in a tower is priced as a one-bedroom. If what we find doesn't match what you told us, we say so before we start, not after.

Whether you book us weekly, every second week or once a month, the regular rate applies so long as no more than five weeks pass between cleans. Homes with five or more bedrooms are quoted personally, and extras such as the inside of the fridge or a finished basement are agreed before we start.
