We come to Aurora from Etobicoke, and we would rather be straightforward about that. To make the trip work we group our visits by area, so we may offer you particular days for Aurora rather than any day you like. Aurora is still inside the GTA, so there is no travel fee and the fixed price is the same as anywhere else we go.
We clean in Aurora Village, Bayview Northeast, Aurora Highlands and Aurora Grove. The housing is detached family homes, with an older village core. Each home is priced by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, never by the hour, and the number is exact before we start. Should the house differ from what you described, we point it out before we begin, not once we are done. Homes of five bedrooms or more are quoted personally.
Once we are in Aurora for the day we like to get straight to work, and most regular clients make that easy with a key or a lockbox code. We text you when we arrive and when we leave. If you are in a building with a concierge or a booked elevator, tell us at booking and we will handle it.
A well-kept home pays the regular rate from the first clean; a home needing extra attention pays more, once. Weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly plans all get the regular rate as long as the next clean is within five weeks of the last. Add-ons are agreed up front, never on the day.
