We come out to Mississauga from Etobicoke, and because the city is inside the GTA there is no travel fee: the fixed price already covers it. The areas we clean include Port Credit, Streetsville, Erin Mills, Meadowvale, Clarkson, Lorne Park, Mineola, City Centre (Square One), Cooksville, Churchill Meadows and Lisgar.

The homes range from high-rise condos in City Centre through to large detached homes in Lorne Park and Mineola, with townhome communities in the west. Whatever the type, the price is set by bedrooms, bathrooms and condition, never by the hour, so a condo, a townhome and a large detached house each get an exact number before we start. If the home turns out different from what you told us, we say so before we begin, not afterwards.

For a City Centre condo, pass on the building's rules when you book and we take care of concierge sign-in, elevator booking and visitor parking. In the houses and townhomes, most regular clients give us a key or a lockbox code, and we text when we arrive and again when we leave.

The first clean of a regular plan is at the regular rate for a well-kept home, and costs more when extra attention is needed. After that, weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly visits all get the regular rate, as long as the next clean falls within five weeks of the last. Add-ons such as inside the fridge, inside the oven or interior windows are agreed at booking, never added on the day.
