Condo clients in Downtown Markham should give us the building's rules at booking: concierge desk, elevator booking, where visitors park. We take it from there. Once a schedule is set, most Markham clients hand us a key or a lockbox code, and we confirm by text on arrival and again on the way out.
Well-kept homes get the regular rate from the first visit; a home needing extra attention pays more just once. Every visit after that is billed at the regular rate whether you choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly, provided the gap never stretches past five weeks. Add-ons such as the inside of the fridge, interior windows or laundry are settled before we start, never sprung on you on the day.
